Having trouble getting your home to appraise?

I have heard from many within the real estate industry as well as from buyers and sellers, that the property won’t appraise. I myself have recently experienced this even though I had RECENT COMP’s to support a selling price. The National Association of Realtors has published a new brochure that outlines the Home Buyer's Tax Credit, covering how it works, deadlines, how much is available, repayment options, and who is eligible.
